The deposit as referred to in article 93 above will be released during the realization of the work of the rehabilitation or used by the competent authority for them to do something. Where the amount would be insufficient, additional funds will be required of the licensee.
For one of the following choices:
1° refuse the request;
2° sell his property to the applicant; or
3° rent his property to the applicant.
